As a quick search item would like to find which set of tests have the largest
number of failures ("FAIL").  I selected the "FAIL" column to sort in decending
order.  However, Rather than having the *.exp row with the largest number of
failures first all the rows with blanks in the "FAIL" column are before it in
the table.  This behavior can be seen on:
