Not that this needs to be added any time soon (if ever), but to get the
thought down on paper, sometimes I wonder about extending the syntax for
sequence locals to
([(option list)] MODE variable-name [initial-value])
e.g.
(sequence ((INT x 0) ((const) INT y expr))
...
)
Some purists might wish that initial-value had been there from the
beginning, I'm not sure why I didn't do it that way, but oh well.
