I would like to contribute a new port for the Vitesse IQ2000.
It has been used to build a toolchain which is used by a gcc port to
the IQ2000. The new files are:
iq10.cpu iq10 only instructions (iq10 is a variant of the iq2000)
iq2000.cpu common description file
iq2000.opc support routines
iq2000m.cpu iq2000 only instructions
