commit 4e028178c761c92ae7aee71754064934c9245dad
Author: Andrew Price <andy@andrewprice.me.uk>
Date: Wed Apr 16 16:58:19 2008 +0200

    [GFS2] Remove unrequired header file

"grep -nr 'list\.h' gfs2/" found that this file was not included anywhere and
removing it does not stop any of the gfs2 utils from building so it seems that
    it can be removed.
