gfs2_tool: Remove obsolete subcommands
This removes the following subcommands:
list - replaced with cat /proc/mounts or mount
getargs - replaces with cat /proc/mounts or mount
shrink - obsolete
layout - obsolete and was only a stub anyway
margs - obsolete and was only a stub
I've also updated the man page.
