Hello list,

I'm getting close to cutting 1.22.0. I would like to make sure this is
a stable release, and am asking that you check out the latest master
and give it a spin.

I plan to cut 1.22.0 on Friday November 20th. So please let me know if
you find any issues we can get fixed by then so we can make 1.22.0 the
best release we can.

Cheers,

-Bryan

Hello again,

A few updates have happened since the last prep:

* fixed searching for patch (notably under *BSD)
* Search for libtinfo after libncurses (fixes builds on gentoo)
* Update uClibc-ng to 1.0.9
* Bump ncurses to 6.0
* Consistent usage of configure found tools in scripts

I've checked each commit with a build on travis-ci, and builds on a
build server.

The 1.22.0 milestone is now at 100%:
https://github.com/crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng/milestones/1.22.0

Let us know if you find any issues, and hopefully it is simple to fix
before Friday, November 20th... when I plan to cut 1.22.0.

Cheers,

-Bryan
