Build error: server goes down

Build error: server goes down

Good day to all!
When building a compiler is a request packet 'duma'... 
The requested server is not responding (or not available). 
In addition, this package I have to manually install in Debian by Synaptics ...

Need advice what to do next?

http://dfn.dl.sourceforge.net/project/duma/duma/2.5.15/duma_2_5_15.tar.gz

seems to be the direct download link now, which will need changing in
scripts/build/debug/200-duma.sh

The following files probably need something similar as they also refer
to "mesh.dl"
scripts/build/debug/300-gdb.sh
scripts/build/debug/500-strace.sh
