Build failed in step 'Installing native gdb'

I just wanted build sample toolchain 'arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi' as it
described on http://crosstool-ng.org/

step by step what I did:
- install debian 8 (32bit)
- install prerequisite packages
- and then followed the steps on http://crosstool-ng.org/#download_and_usage

I got this error:
