MORIN; +Cc: crossgcc Hi Yann, all, The CLooG/PPL archives seem to be named cloog-parma-x.y.z.tar.gz from 0.16 onwards, instead of cloog-ppl-x.y.z.tar.gz until 0.15: http://www.bastoul.net/cloog/download.php ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/ Is it actually the case? Do you know if it is worth upgrading to 0.16.1, or is there any issue like an API mismatch, or PPL support being dropped eventually anyway? There might be some patches needed both ways to make it work Right, it does not work. I tested here. I have some patches locally that add cloog-parma to crosstool-NG, but gcc complains. I don't know for sure, but: - cloog-parma has not been updated in about a year: http://repo.or.cz/w/cloog-parma.git - cloog-ppl has not been updated in the last 8 months: http://repo.or.cz/w/cloog-ppl.git - gcc-4.6 onward seem to be able to use plain cloog (not ppl, not parma): http://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html --> CLooG-PPL version 0.15 or CLooG 0.16 - cloog 0.17.0 has been out for two days now ( Woohoo! :-] ) Regards, Yann E. So it's probably wiser to stick to CLooG-PPL until GCC 4.7. And PPL is still required by GCC if using the standalone CLooG. :-( Best regards, Benoît Thébaudeau -- For unsubscribe information see http://sourceware.org/lists.html#faq ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 6+ messages in thread

That's why I did not try too hard to fix the isues I saw when I tried upgrading to 0.16. Regards, Yann E.
