Hello all,
I hereby announce the availability of crosstool-NG 1.23.0 release.
Release testing took longer than I anticipated. All samples built fine
on ArchLinux, Fedora Core 25, CentOS 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.05, Gentoo,
Cygwin and MacOS X 10.12.
There is an issue on CentOS 6: building GNU C library's locales fails
because of the old host binutils. Other samples built fine on CentOS 6,
too.

Just a quick note: http://crosstool-ng.github.io/download/ isn't
up-to-date, it still says 1.0.22 is the latest stable release.
