Doxygen, is a documentation system based on specially formatted comments in
source code, for C++, C, Java, Objective-C, IDL (Corba and Microsoft
flavors) and to some extent PHP, C#, and D.

Its package in the Cygwin net distribution has been updated to version
1.4.2_20050421-1.

This is a significant update from the previous Cygwin package, and the first
by a new packager (me).

This is a development release from doxygen CVS - I have chosen to package
this version because the latest official release has significant bugs which
are fixed in the development releases from CVS.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
