Hi folks,


I just uploaded the new recode package to the 32 and 64 bit distros.

Recode converts files between character sets and usages.  It recognises
or produces nearly 150 different character sets and is able to
transliterate files between almost any pair. When exact transliteration
is not possible, it may get rid of the offending characters or fall
back on approximations.  Most RFC 1345 character sets are supported.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link
on the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to
your system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
