I've just updated the version of the mt package to 2.4.0-1.

The package has now been autotoolized. The list printed with
`mt densities' has been updated. For better compatibility with the
mt version from Fedora Linux, the commands mkpartition, setpartition
and compression have been added, alongside the older mkpart, setpart
and datcompression commands. A new command partseek as in Fedora's
mt is now available as well

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
