Mesa is an open-source implementation of the OpenGL, OpenGL ES, and EGL
specifications for rendering interactive 3D graphics.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, with a few new modifications:
* set process-default DPI awareness with WGL (thanks Jon Turney);
* fix devel packaging for inclusion of KHR headers in GL.
