gcc-7.3.0-3 has been uploaded for Cygwin and has been marked as stable.
Changes since -2:
* Integrated patch for pr86138
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=86138 to fix crashes
related to strings.
