Version 1.6 of the GSL (GNU Scientific Library), released January 2005,
is now available as a binary package. This replaces the current
1.5 version.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
