Neon has been updated to 0.25.5-1.

Neon is an HTTP and WebDAV client library, with a C interface.
It is used by subversion and cadaver.

This is a minor new upstream bugfix release.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
