The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:
* liblqr1_0-0.4.2-1
* liblqr1-devel-0.4.2-1
The Liquid Rescale library provides an implementation of the Seam
Carving algorithm. The Seam Carving procedure aims at resizing pictures
non uniformly while preserving their features, i.e. avoiding distortion
of the important parts.
