DESCRIPTION:

svn_load_dirs is a Perl script designed to load a number of
directories into Subversion. This is useful if you have a number of
.zip's or tar.{Z,gz,bz2}'s for a particular package and want to load
them into Subversion.
CYGWIN NOTES:
=============
svn_load_dirs used to be included in the subversion-tools package,
but has been broken out into a separate package as Subversion no
longer distributes the contributed tools.
QUESTIONS:
