Versions 3.2.1-3 of
fftw3, fftw3-doc ,libfftw3-devel, libfftw3_3
have been uploaded for cygwin-1.7.
FFTW is a C subroutine library for computing the discrete
Fourier transform (DFT) in one or more dimensions.
This is a new upstream release, see Changelog for the full list
of changes, mainly performance adjustment.
