A new version of Setup (2.905) has been uploaded to:
https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe (64 bit version)

Changes compared to 2.904:
- Parse and discard 'build-depends:' lines in setup.ini, rather than
ignoring them
- Mark as high-dpi aware to fix blurriness on high DPI displays

- Fix quirkiness with logo position when resizing splash page
- Fix how '--enable-old-keys' appears in help output
- Fix a regression (since 2.895) in recording 'user picked' status
