I've updated the cygwin xterm package to upstream release 389.
The xterm program is a terminal emulator for the X Window System.
It provides DEC terminal features (VT102, VT220, VT340, VT420 and beyond)
for command-line interaction, ISO/ANSI and true colour support,
Tektronix 4014 terminal emulation and Sixel graphics support.
