New versions of 'xemacs/xemacs-emacs-common/xemacs-tags' have been uploaded to a server near you.
o Update to latest upstream
o Build for cygwin 1.7.35 with gcc-4.9.2
o (setq progress-feedback-use-echo-area t) NOT needed anymore in init files
