Log message:
* sections.h (SECTIONLIST_MAXSECTIONS): Remove.
(SectionList::sections): Convert to pointer.
* sections.cc (SectionList::SectionList): Allocate sections prior
to iterating over them.
(SectionList::~SectionList): Deallocate sections.
