There are 2 URLs on that page: homepage and packaging repository.
The HOMEPAGE value in cygport.cygport in the source package really is
'https://cygwin.com/' currently
The packaging repository seems to have been created by an (accidental?)
push by Marco Atzeri on 2021-01-08.
I've removed that and regenerated the page.
