I forgot to add that this is already possible by injecting extra
packages: say you deduplicate a debuginfo package into a noarch/ part
(the source files) and the $arch/ part, then you just need to inject a
dependency to the noarch package into the archful one and setup does the
right thing.  It would probably be a good idea to have a special
category for such packages in order for them to not prompt the user for
their installation.
