I'd like to adopt the following packages to get them updated to current 
1.38:

libidn					ORPHANED (Yaakov Selkowitz)
mingw64-x86_64-libidn			ORPHANED (Yaakov Selkowitz)
mingw64-i686-libidn			ORPHANED (Yaakov Selkowitz)
