I'm not sure what this comment means.

I think all the historical limitations around changing between arch and 
archful have been removed [1], so if this package is now noarch, please 
mark it as such.

Thank you for your advice.

I wasn't sure if there was any problem mixing noarch and x86_64 in the
same package, but from this description it seems safe.

I plan to deploy with `ARCH=noarch`.
