package error on previous test,
scrap 3.4.2-2 and replace with this

I had confirmation that is effective also on W7,
so please promote to

prev: 3.4.2-1
curr: 3.4.2-3

and drop 3.4.0-3

Done, by dropping the explicit versions from the setup.hints, in which
case the two latest ones are picked up automatically.
