Done. We need to wait the full index rebuild to see the effect.

With lftp you can always upload a new series of *.hint
to replace the previous one.
Never used cygport upload.

Unfortunately, a self-service way to do this is still to be implemented, 
so asking here is the right thing to do.

self-service removal of test: label from packages

To address this shortcoming, I've added an 'untest' command which 
package maintainers can run via ssh, which can be used to remove the 
test label from one of your authorized packages.

e.g.

> $ ssh cygwin@sourceware.org untest ninja-1.10.1-1
> untest: Removed test: label from x86/release/ninja/ninja-1.10.1-1-src.hint
> untest: Removed test: label from x86/release/ninja/ninja-1.10.1-1.hint
> untest: Removed test: label from x86/release/ninja/ninja-debuginfo/ninja-debuginfo-1.10.1-1.hint
> untest: Removed test: label from x86_64/release/ninja/ninja-1.10.1-1-src.hint
> untest: Removed test: label from x86_64/release/ninja/ninja-1.10.1-1.hint
> untest: Removed test: label from x86_64/release/ninja/ninja-debuginfo/ninja-debuginfo-1.10.1-1.hint
> untest: 6 out of 6 hints for 'ninja' version '1.10.1-1' modified
