Would it be possible to integrate the CITI NFSv4 client
(https://github.com/kofemann/ms-nfs41-client ; this is a Windows
filesystem kernel module, providing NFSv4 client support, as Windows
only supports NFSv3) into Cygwin and ship it as part of the normal
distribution (with enhancements, like integrating nfs_mount.exe into
Cygwin's mount command) ?
