Dear Cygwin Developers,
There's missing the information on main web page (Cygwin) of the cannon files of Cygwin to make advanced configurations from the terminal; for example files in
/etc/* #initial configurations
/usr/[current_username]/.* #user configurations
and maybe in other.
Please, provide this specifications on the web site.
Second, there is no way to assist with help on the official web site (cygwin.org), since there is no information about the tools and development comments for the page.
Third, there's a problem with pip (module installed to download all the other package for python 3 environment). More information about how it works is in the official web page of Python. But, how to solve the error that the module from command line in Cygwin is still an open issue. Please, forward this third problem to the correct administrator with more experience in Pyhton environment.
My local support from technical developers is out of service.
