Subject: [PATCH] Cygwin: utils: chattr: Improve option parsing, fix some
 messages.

Allow multiple characters also in first '-mode' argument.
Use '-H' instead of '-h' for '--help' to fix ambiguity with
hidden attribute. Fix help and usage texts and documentation.
