I thought Sandra Boynton was such a wonderful children's author,
but what positive thing can you say about a book that teaches
such blatant anti-hippo bigotry to impressionable youth?

She also wrote a book called "Red Hat" -- isn't this a trademark
violation? ;-)

  Actually, on closer inspection, I don't think she wrote two books, each
named after a different colour of hat.

  Dogs are under the mistaken impression that they don't.  Dogs aren't very
smart, and often confuse vegetarianism with veganism.
