This is a routine update.

* xproto-7.0.15-2

Added a patch to silence "visibility attribute not supported" warnings.

* xtrans-1.2.3-2

Added a patch to remove weak definition of in6addr_any which broke the 
inet6 listener: http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-xfree/2009-06/msg00075.html
