Better, but still not 100%. autoconf no longer bombs out with an M4 error,
and the generated config script seems to run fine. But the generated
Makefile has "0x0D 0x0D 0x0A"'s (\r\r\n's) at the end of some lines, causing
extensive havoc.

This should be fixed in the current snapshot.

Instructions for unsubscribing are in ever single message to the list.

There are also instructions in the header of the messages that you
receive from the list.

Or, you can go to the cygwin web site and unsubscribe using the web
interface.

The trick is that you have to send the email using the same email address
that you used to subscribe.

This one looks like it cleaned up my issues - all of bc, configure scripts
(and making), and RCS comparisons (local text filesystem versus version in
,v file) work properly with this DLL, which were the main items I had
noticed failing in my normal usage.

I discovered a bug in my snapshot scripts (cvs was failing) and it
caused the snapshot to be invalid. I've fixed it and manually rebuilt
the snapshot.

It is still called the 20000524 snapshot, but it should be dated this
afternoon instead of late last night, and sized like this:

-rw-rw-r-- 1 dj cygwin 274064 May 25 14:30 cygwin1-20000524.dll.gz
-rw-rw-r-- 1 dj cygwin 1555580 May 25 14:30 winsup-src-20000524.tar.gz

If you had problems with the earlier 524 snapshot, please try this new
one.
