Hmm.  Google seems to think so.

Since this patch is not provided here, you should really check with the
author.  I don't want to get into the habit of supporting cygwin
variants here unless I'm convinced that the author is an active
participant, and even then...

Not understanding what I am saying?  Check with the *author* if you have
problems with his patch.

And THERE IS NO NEED TO CC ME WHEN RESPONDING TO THE CYGWIN MAILING LIST.
I specifically reset the Reply-To so that I don't have do see this crap
