How can I contribute a FAQ entry for MITM? Should there be a FAQ entry on how to add FAQ entries?

I'd like to propose text to add to the Cygwin FAQ (https://cygwin.com/faq/ ) about how Cygwin counters MITM attacks.

How can I propose such text?

Also:  shouldn't "how can I contribute to this FAQ?" be a FAQ entry?

Ideally, clone the git repo per https://cygwin.com/git.html and send
patches to the cygwin-patches mailing list.  Small patches (just a handful
of lines) are ok to send to the cygwin ML as well.
