Typo on rpcndr.h

This is a simple one... Compiling Ruby on Cygwin came with the following error:

/usr/include/w32api/rpcndr.h:331:5: error: unknown type name
`GENERIB_BINDING_ROUTINE'


Just correct GENERIB_BINDING_ROUTINE to GENERIC_BINDING_ROUTINE.

Sure that's not just a local problem?  In my local copies of
/usr/include/w32api/rpcndr.h from the w32api-headers-4.0.4-1 package,
this bug doesn't exist, neither on 32 nor on 64 bit.  Try to
reinstall the w32api-headers package.
