* mingw64-x86_64-libtasn1-4.12-1
A library for Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) and Distinguish Encoding
Rules (DER) manipulation.
This is an update to the latest upstream release, which includes a fix for
CVE-2017-6891:
