The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:
* libsndfile-1.0.28-1
* libsndfile1-1.0.28-1
* libsndfile-devel-1.0.28-1
* libsndfile-utils-1.0.28-1
* mingw64-i686-libsndfile-1.0.28-1
* mingw64-x86_64-libsndfile-1.0.28-1
libsndfile is a library of C routines for reading and writing files
containing sampled audio data.
This is an update to the latest upstream release, together with a few
security fixes.
