* Urgent: Issue with s300 recevier in command prompt

Hi,
.This is Kevin with Pathway Communications I have made changes to ther 
receiver as instructed and am not able to gain any channels now. 
Please when able call to help assist. 8179176872
Below is the error received when applying to command Prompt:
