Hi !
When I am connected with SSH under Cygwin to a Linux/Unix host
I experience some trouble with tools like `vi', `emacs':
I guess I have to configure something, but what exactly ?
Thanks in advance,
Jerome BENOIT

Jerome,
It is customarily thought helpful to provide more information than
"I experience trouble..."
Could you perhaps provide a little more context?
Regards,

When I `vi' a text file all seem good before I use arrow keys:
mode change to INSERT, I cannot escape, to quit I kill it from another
tty,
to finish there is some `.*.swp' file in the directory.
Similar things happen with emacs.
It must a configuration issue.
