Errors building Grace for X-Windows

Errors building Grace for X-Windows

I tried to build the Grace (v5.1.3) plotting package for X-Windows using
Cygwin v1.1.8. The following errors where produced during linking.

/usr/x11r6.4/lib/libXm.a(ResConvert.o)(.text+0x1439):ResConvert.c:
undefined reference to `_ctype_'
../cephes/libcephes.a(jv.o)(.text+0xac9):jv.c: undefined reference to
`__signgam'
../cephes/libcephes.a(beta.o)(.text+0xbf):beta.c: undefined reference to
`__signgam'
../cephes/libcephes.a(beta.o)(.text+0xdd):beta.c: undefined reference to
`__signgam'

The libraries linked were -lXm -lXpm -lXp -lXt -lXext -lX11  -lSM -lICE
-lm

The __signgam error comes from math.h, and appeared before building
GNUPLOT. This has been reported before. The X11r6.4 library for Cygwin
was released in Feb. '99.

Has anyone built Grace using Cygwin?

Are there any plans to fix the math.h __signgam bug?
