with the Altera Quartus Tool i get on Windows 10 with cygwin (cygwin version 1.7.15 Build Version 3.82) always

For what it's worth, I finally figured out how to check my version of Cygwin: CYGWIN_NT-10.0-WOW6 DESKTOP-7SLUGID 1.7.31(0.272/5/3) 2014-07-21 18:40 i686
i686 refers to the 32 bit version
