Hello,
I'm trying to compile dpkg version 1.9.6 under cygwin version
1.3.2, but dpkg is looking for fnmatch.h and the fnmtach() routine.
There is no fnmatch.h in the /usr/include directory anywhere.
Do i have the wrong version of CYGWIN ?
Can someone help me solve this problem please?

AFAICT, fnmatch doesn't exist in Cygwin. If you need it, you'll need to
write one for Cygwin and submit it for consideration.
