   * Ligatures display support while being input (mintty/wsltty#123, #601).
   * Optionally suppress mouse wheel effects (#170).

Terminal features
   * Additional 96-character NRCS (xterm 336).
   * Fixed "Latin-1/UK" NRCS.

Window handling
   * OSC I to set icon from file (shelltool, dtterm, xterm 333).
   * OSC l to set window title (shelltool, dtterm, xterm 333).

This change has broken scrolling backwards using less for me. 2.9.1 is fine.

If I run

  seq 1 100 | less

in a mintty window and then scroll down and up, only the top line is updated and even it has some garbage. I have to press Ctrl-L to fix the display.
