Hello,
The x86/cygwin-src-20131107.tar.xz seems to be missing in the snapshot http page and folder.
Without this file, i cannot see how to get an uptodate winsup/../newlib in order
to compile the 20131107 snapshot.

looking at changelog
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/x86/winsup-changelog-20131101-20131107
there is no difference from
x86/cygwin-src-20131101.tar.xz
only difference are in the
x86/winsup-src-20131107.tar.xz
