copy and paste on mintty are strange for lines containing wide width characters
(e.g. Japanese Kanji).


-rw-------  1 MATSUOKA LAB なし   180 3月  30  2018 .serverauth.12420

Copy 180 and paste it to notepad.
It become 0 3.

Also the cursor position is strange on wide characters.
It is at the position as if the character width is
normal (narrow) width.

The mintty repository has a preliminary fix for this, at the cost of 
withdrawing another wide-character-related fix.

I have uploaded mintty 3.0.0 with the following changes:

Character processing
  * Fixed wide character width and cursor position handling.


The issue is fixed now.
