Title: htdig

        I am build htdig 3.1.4 with cygwin. With HTML files htdig works perfectly. But when i trying to index PDF or DOC files i have a some troubles. When htdig retrieve this files he is convert "\n" to "\r\n". After this conversion PDF flie is not useable. Where is problem? In cygwin or in htdig?

Hi,

You will need to download the source distribution of htdig and compile
it yourself. You can get the source from http://htdig.org/where.html.
Hint on installing:

  $ cd /tmp
  $ wget http://www.htdig.org/files/htdig-3.1.6.tar.gz
  $ tar zxf htdig-3.1.6.tar.gz
  $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/htdig
  $ make
  $ make install

out aplication to run in a Windows PC... What i need is apache, postgresql
and htdig
